Wine description:

Not a rosé but a light red wine. With a peeling effect of only 72 hours from the first part of the harvest and 48 hours from the second part, this gives a beautiful, bright red color that is slightly transparent. The fermentation is done entirely on stainless steel to give the best fruit expression.

This blend provides a richness of red fruit and wild strawberries, flowers and yet the structure of the acids that are perfectly balanced. Due to the vinification, the wine also has the feeling of a bubble on the tongue. 

Lightly chilled at its best!
