Refund policy

Wine is to be enjoyed, but if the wine has cork or some other fault, let us know and we'll solve it together.

If a bottle arrives broken on delivery, please send an email and photo to kim@woldevins.nl immediately and we will credit the amount or send a new bottle to you.

Returns are allowed within 14 days, in the original packaging and with undamaged label. Refund will be made within 1 week after receiving the return. The return shipment is at your own expense.
