Shipping policy

We aim to have all shipments delivered to you within 2 working days - of course nobody wants to wait thirsty! It can sometimes happen that it takes a little longer - you will be informed about this.

If there is a wine in your order that is not in stock, we will contact you to see if we can offer you an alternative or if it is ok to wait.

Shipping within the Netherlands is done with Bottle Package from PostNL, Hurby for local deliveries within the Haarlem area or personally delivered. You will be informed about this as soon as the package is ready for shipment. Collection in Haarlem is of course also an option.

There are three rates for shipping:
- Pick up by appointment: Free
- Deliveries in the Netherlands above € 75: Free
- Deliveries in NL under €75: €7.50
- Deliveries in the EU zone 1* above €150: Free
- Deliveries in the EU zone 1* under € 150: € 15.00
- Deliveries in the rest of the EU: € 20.00

EU Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & United Kingdom
