Wine description:

100% made from the Torbat grape variety, a brought back grape that you don't understand was once forgotten. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel for 8 months and then bottled without clarification, filtration and added sulphite.

The wine is lively and discreet, showing more and more of itself little by little. Rich in citrus fruit and grapefruit aromas. Especially when the wine gets a bit warmer, it is a very gastronomic wine.
