Wine description:
The name Rabassa comes from the part of the trunk from which the roots grow. An ode to the vine.
This skin-contact white wine (Brisat) made from 100-year-old vines. A blend that uses grape varieties that were considered lost, but can still be found near Navàs. Thanks to the Vinyas family, these varieties will certainly continue to exist, because the wine they make is sublime! The wine is fermented in stainless steel with 20% of the stems and a short time on the skins to do some extraction, but not to make a real orange wine.
This wine is light, fresh, and pungent. Aromas of orange peel, stone fruit and lemon. A hint of nutty thanks to the winemaking method and a slight bitterness.
