Wine description:
Quim Batlle has been involved in organic farming since the beginning. Respect for the land and nature is one of his most important values. And that love for nature is certainly reflected in his wines. Where the other wines are beautiful monocepages, you will find the best of all three here. A wine that shows the best of each grape variety and terroir.
The grape varieties are all fermented separately in stainless steel, after they have been harvested in two harvests (usually two weeks apart). After the alcoholic fermentation has been completed, the wine remains in the stainless steel barrel for another 9 months. Then a long bottle aging is done, which is exceptional for this region. This ensures that the wine is perfectly balanced and is ready to drink as soon as you have it in your glass.
In the glass it is an intense golden yellow wine with rich aromas of apricots, pickled fruit, sandalwood and Mediterranean herbs. A rich wine, with a medium + body and perfectly balanced. Complex thanks to the three grapes that complement each other perfectly and a long finish. A gastronomic wine with a lot of potential!
