They have not been idle at Oller del Mas... The natural wine revolution is in full swing! After the Els Merlets and Els Aurons, there is now also this Els Ecos! Wildly fermented, nothing out and nothing in: 100% natural wine. 

After a year of bottle aging, it is finally available. A wonderfully refreshing blend of Samsó and Malvasia de Sitges. An interesting combination at first glance, but once you have the wine in your glass you get it. A delicious glass driven by red fruit, berries and forest soil, full and refreshing with a surprising spiciness. Once you take a sip you get the warmth and richness of the Samsó with the fresh acidity of the Malvasia. You are immediately sold!
