Wine description:

A major revolution is taking place in Catalonia when it comes to the grapes used to make wine. Since phyloxera had wreaked havoc there, it was actually mainly entrusted to merlot, cabernet sauvignon and temperanillo (ull de llebre) to appeal to a large audience. That is different now, and this blend of Picapoll Negre & Blanc shows that too. 

This natural wine is spontaneously fermented, completely on its own yeasts. After this fermentation, the wine spent 3 months in the yeast cells and then went into the bottle unfiltered.

All this creates a light red color with rich aromas of ripe red fruit that will make you think you are in Catalonia. Generous and with a typical acidity that makes you want to take another sip. Best when slightly chilled.
