A special blend, in which the wine has been aged for 5 months in French oak and 6 months in a concrete egg. After this, the wine was further aged in the bottle for 6 months. This special aging makes the wine rich, layered and extremely fresh.
Rich in aromas of cherry, strawberry, red currant accompanied with earthy hints. On the palate, the wine is light and balanced with a fairly high, refreshing acidity.
Natural wine: minimal sulphite added
