Wine description:

After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak and then aged in bottle for 15 months. A fresh, complex wine with a nose of forest fruits, cherries, vanilla, balsamic, spices, oak and chocolate. A nice round mouthfeel where the herbs and fruit complement each other in taste. The aging gives a structured, developed wine in which the tannins are nicely integrated.
