Grau i Grau Cava Brut Rosé

A wonderfully light rosé cava, made from the local grape Trepat. The short maceration of 6 hours produces a salmon pink color. Made according to the Method Traditionelle with 18 months aging in the bottle.
Light pink, with a subtle, integrated bubble that creates a beautiful mousse. The aromas are subtle, with mainly red fruit and a hint of blackberry and caramel. In the mouth the mousse is delicate and soft, elegant and driven by the fresh red fruit.
