This wine is special!

The vines are over 80 years old and production is extremely low. This means there are only 450 bottles of it. A cold soak at 14 degrees before fermentation gives the wine intensity and the fermentation in amphora provides a beautiful, rich structure.

Its deep red color and intense aromas of herbs, ripe red fruit and balsamic make you can't wait to taste it... Once in the mouth it is an experience of fine, soft acids, elegant and sultry. A powerful yet subtle wine.
