Wine description:

Another variety that you don't see very often - the Malvasia de Sitges. Often used to make sweet wines, but also as a white wine it holds its own. A rich wine, with a fairly firm body without being a thick wine thanks to the acids. 

Four months in amphora gives a wonderful fresh, saltiness to the wine.
