An extremely special rosé, made from the almost disappeared Xarel.lo vermell! A sister of the Xarel.lo, but with red juice. A long, cold fermentation ensures maximum freshness and the long time on the yeasts gives a nutty touch. After fermentation, the wine went into oak to go into the bottles after 4 months.
This wine has a salmon pink color with a nose of fresh strawberries, red currants, vanilla and something nutty. A light body with a fresh sour aftertaste. Very versatile in terms of wine/food!
