These sumoll grapes come from a young vineyard planted on a steep slope. Lots of sun which ensures beautiful ripe grapes. Before the fermentation starts, the grape juice with the skins is macerated for 24 hours to properly extract the aromas and structure. After fermentation, this wine goes 75% in oak and 25% in amphora, so that the fruit splashes out but still has a good structure.
In your glass a light, unfiltered wine that reminds you of red and blueberries with some unripe strawberries. In the mouth the red fruit comes to life and it is a delicious, light terrace wine.
