Wine description:

This wine immediately reminds you of Beaujolais in terms of colors and scents. Elegant and beautiful red in your glass. These vines have been around for more than 60 years, resulting in low yields but enormous concentration. After fermentation, the wine goes into oak barrels (75%) and amphora (25%) for 14 months before bottling. 

A wine that stands its ground, yet not overpowered. Ripe red fruit, blueberries, herbs and a little toast and leather. In the mouth a silky feel with lots of fruit and body and elegant tannins. This wine goes wonderfully with some fuller dishes, but also goes well with some cheese.
