Wine description:

Rightly the top wine of Ficaria. A blend of all the best grapes they pick from the old vines. Where the other wines represent one person in the family, this is the wealth of the entire family together.

The grapes are fermented together in clay amphorae, as it was done in the past. After fermentation, the wine remains in the same amphorae with the yeast cells for more than 10 months in order to express the softness and richness of the wine. A deep red color with a wealth of aromas of blackberry, fig, ripe strawberries, raspberry, forest floor, fennel, pepper and clay. The wine is mouth-filling, rich, fruity, tight, and continues to give something different with every sip. An aftertaste that lingers and asks for another sip.

A wine that can remain in the bottle for many years and will only get better, but how do you leave such a bottle..?
