Wine description:

This wine is made from 90 year old Xarel·lo vines planted on chalky soils. This gives the wine richness in concentration and taste. The fermentation is done in chestnut barrels, which ensures a lot of oxygen contact and therefore slight oxidation. The wine then matures in the barrel for another 8 months. A rich wine, a nose of honey, herbs and citrus fruit.

Fresh sour and salty in the mouth with a taste that lingers for a long time.
