Wine description:

A fresh, light wine made from the main grape of Cava. Floral with aromas of lemon, ripe pear and some minerals. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and slightly oxidative by aging for 4 months on the spent yeast cells in the tank with battonage. Despite the oxidative touch, it is still fresh with fine acidity.

Fruity, fresh and lively without being simple.
