The Pomerol of natural wines. A completely different expression from La Forastera due to its long cold soak before fermentation. After the fermentation in steel buckets is completed, the wine goes for another year in new French oak. This is followed by another three years in the bottle.
Full-bodied and developed, with well-integrated tannins and a full nose of blackberry, forest floor, wild cherry, mulberry, vanilla, leather, fig and chocolate. Complex, structured and full of flavor that you will enjoy long after the glass is empty.
