Wine description:

Normally the 'partner in crime' of the Xarel·lo, but the Macabeu can also do something on its own! Like Les Vistes, the fermentation is done in chestnut barrels and then left in the barrel for another 7 months. Aromas of mint, tropical fruit and citrus. The oak and the aging in the barrel go well together with the buttery mouthfeel. Delicious to serve alongside pasta or light meat dishes.
