Wine description:

Together with Celler Grau i Grau and a sense of Place, the wine shop in Haarlem, we have launched a special wine: Ennuvolat! Created by a confluence of circumstances, as a result of which this wine - accidentally - ended up in the bottle unfiltered. But after having tasted it several times, it turns out to be a happy accident. 

A white Picapoll, typical of Pla de Bages, but this wine is particularly atypical because it is unfiltered and thus in the bottle on the lees! Fresh and fruity as usual, but with more complexity and richness and a very small bubble thanks to the long time on the lees. Special, accessible and delicious!
