A delicious orange wine, or 'Vi Brisat' as they call it in Catalonia. This wine has had an 8-day peeling effect and then 2 months in INOX on the lees. Wonderfully fresh and tight wine with a saltiness that reminds you of oyster water. Light floral and notes of stone fruit and rhubarb.
